- Staying in touch with the Surgical Center to get a Block time for the Doctor (confirm if it works for him/her) and then Start on boarding the patients for Surgery
- List of patients and procedures will be shared by the Doctor (Need to go over to make sure there are no mistakes)
- Specific set of instructions to be informed to patient (if provided by the doctor, such as drug allergy, surgical risk factor, don’t eat for 8 hours, arrive 2 hours prior to surgery time etc)
- In case of any problem, the doctor will be first point of contact to inform (changes in schedule or patient having concerns)
- If there are any medical questions then write them down and let the doctor know so he/she can assist accordingly. Turnaround time (will be decided)
- Booking and rescheduling appointments for established and new patients
- New patients demographics and insurance information are added to ER
- Daily report for the incoming calls and the appointment confirmations will be shared at the end of the day
- The team will be online according to client’s working hours.
- Any established patient who’s insurance has expired, the team contact them and get the updated information
